Lance works for us part time during non-school days and summer break. Congratulations Lance!
North Central CTE is excited to feature some of our students during CTE Awareness Month. Our featured student is Lance Satur. He is in Scott Kaser’s Precision Machining year two class located at Plymouth High School. Lance is a student at John Glenn High School.
Mr. Kaser said, “Lance is a classic example of a student who has excelled because he enjoys the material.”
Lance likes this best about the class: “Hands-on experience.”
He took this class because: “I would like to be a CNC machinist.”
When asked, “How has this course and program helped prepare you for your plans for after high school?” Lance said, “Taking this class has helped me gain knowledge to use in a job in the future.”
He also said, “I would like to keep gaining knowledge and learning things about the CNC machines and to also pass my knowledge to the year one students if they want to learn. I heard this quote and it goes "If you do what you love for a living it is no longer a job it is now a hobby." when asked if he wanted to share anything else about the program.
