Fall sun cable TV outages may occur now through Oct. 12 between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.

If you experience a channel outage for longer than 20 minutes, please call the Help Desk at 1-855-888-7777, option 1.

Sun outages occur twice a year around the spring and autumn equinoxes. Intense solar radiation can interfere with satellite transmissions to cable TV systems, but disruptions are brief and predictable.
