Brook & Bull is rooted in a simple philosophy: thoughtful, low-oak w**emaking that lets the character of the grape, vineyard, and vintage speak for itself.⁠

Ashley will guide guests through a tasting of six Brook & Bull w**es, sharing the unique stories behind each bottle.⁠

Ashley's w**emaking journey has taken her from the East Coast to nearly a decade of harvests in Mendoza, Argentina, and back to Walla Walla, Washington. ⁠

Join Brook & Bull w**emaker Ashley Trout and yoga & mindfulness teacher Courtney Morgan in Corfu, Greece, for a week designed around connection - to the people around you, the food on the table, the coastline, and yourself.⁠

From mornings of movement and mindfulness to long dinners with w**e pairings, a gastronomy tour through Old Corfu Town, a day on the Ionian Sea, a vineyard experience, and time left intentionally unscheduled, this is a week built for slowing down and being truly present.⁠
