As the Plattekill Fire Department proudly celebrates 100 Years of Service (1926β2026), our volunteer members continue answering the callβ24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
During May 2026, our department responded to 42 emergency incidents (a slower than usual month), a testament to the dedication, training, teamwork, and commitment built over a century of protecting the Town of Plattekill and our surrounding communities.
However, June is already proving to be another busy month, with members responding to 5 alarms for service on June 1st alone.
