Old New York at the door. A new workday upstairs.

Industrious is opening soon at 156 Fifth Avenue, inside a more than 130-year-old Flatiron building in the landmarked Ladies’ Mile Historic District.

Walk through the Fifth Avenue arch and you’ll find an ornate coffered ceiling, marble walls, mosaic floors, and brass elevators. Head upstairs and it’s a warm, modern workspace designed for how people work today.

For more than a century, New Yorkers have come to this address to work. Soon, we’ll be part of what comes next.

Now arriving: a landmark workday.

Industrious Grand Central is now open at 110 East 42nd Street, inside the landmark former Bowery Savings Bank building that first opened in 1923.

More than a century later, the Romanesque arches, stonework, and direct subway connection are still part of the arrival. Upstairs, the workday looks a little different: warm lounges, meeting rooms, breakfast at the ready, and an on-site team to keep things moving.

School’s back 🎒

First-day energy, minus the homework.
We threw it back to the good parts of school: snacks, juice boxes (adult ones, obviously), and getting to know the people around you.

Members filled out “All About Me” cards, met a few more of their work neighbors, and settled in for a very grown-up Back-to-School Happy Hour.
