We are glad to share our latest project, 6 ADU’s (Accessory Dwelling Units) behind a 14-units apartment building on 40,700 sq ft parcel in Alameda County, California. Earlier this year State of California further relaxed the ADU regulations to allow maximum 8 ADU’s on any multi-family zoned parcel with 8 or more units. Each ADU is 1,050 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

We are pleased to share Design of our latest Single-Family house and an ADU on 13,880 sf lot in Union City, California. Front house is around 2,000 sf with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 2 car garage. Second unit is an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) of 1,000 sf with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

We are glad to share our recently completed remodel of Assisted Living facility in Mill Valley, California. Completely upgraded this 10,000 sf building, including; added a new main entry feature, new street signage, new elevator which increased the number of beds by 6 on second floor, making it a 52 beds facility. Also enhanced reception & lobby area, dining & living spaces, upgrade to hallways and several rooms & bathrooms.

Just finished construction of one of our project, two houses and an ADU on a small 13,300 sf narrow lot in Hayward. Front house is around 1,800 sf with 3 bedrooms, 2½ baths and 2 car garage. Second house is around 2,300 sf with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths and 2 car garage. Third one is Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) of 1,000 sf with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Marina West Master Plan, San Leandro, California
A phased Master Plan to create a cohesive future development for 32.5 acres parcel next to an existing Hospital. The planning objective was to create a ‘food hall concept’ adjacent to hospital for use by its staff and visitors. As well as include two hotels, small retail, drive thru restaurants and a grocery anchor for the local community. The circulation pattern with soft curves create vista at the end of each drive, focusing on retail buildings with integrated pedestrian movement and landscaping.

We are glad to announce that our latest project of twin ADU’s (2 Accessory Dwelling Units) received building permit from city of Fremont. Located behind an Apartment building in a multifamily zone, each ADU is around 1,000 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
