Last week the PIVOT Travel team was in Markham for the inaugural Ontario Honda Dealers Indy.

A street circuit northeast of the city, a first-year event, and a full weekend of racing. We also used the trip to connect with a few Toronto-area partners while we were in market.

The PIVOT team was honored to have Utah Jazz head coach Will Hardy join our all-staff meeting this week to talk culture and leadership.

Coach shared the idea that culture gets stronger when the devices go down, because the best moments a team has together usually happen when nobody is looking at a screen. His belief is that winning teams are those that name the problem and then get to work to solve it, which is at the core of PIVOT's culture, focusing on accountability over commentary. In a moment where everyone is asking what AI can do, he pushed us to get better at what it can't.

Cailyn Campbell, one of professional pickleball's brightest young talents, has signed a multi-category partnership with Six Zero covering performance paddles, apparel, and brand representation.

🤝 Now: Joining as Account Manager, NBA Travel, where he'll deliver white-glove service starting with the 2027 season
