If your dryer is taking more than one cycle to dry the clothes then there is a great chance that there is an air ventilation issue. Attached pictures of what happens to the dryer when there is an air flow problem. The last 2 pictures where taken after they were cleaned and before they were put back onto the dryer. If your dryer is taking more time to dry then we can come clean it for you or you can save money and clean the whole air vent system and you will see a big difference after the proper cleaning has been completed.

What brand of washing machine cleaner do you prefer? We have tested the Active brand it has won our trust. When we give tell a customer that the problem with their washer is that is has to be cleaned we give them a couple of these. This washer cleaner we use and trust to do and does a great job.

So, we just recently found out that there is a treatment for front load washers that has an odor and has black on the rubber seal that is around the door area. We got the treatment in a couple of weeks ago if anyone wants us to get rid of that give us a call to get you seal looking new again. If you have clothes that was left in the washer over night you can use rinse and refresh to cut the odor. It will also strip the fabric softener buildup off your clothes to help make it soft again. For example, when you have a sweatshirt that you have had for awhile it tends not to be very comfortable as it was when you first got it. That is because of the buildup of fabric softener that is making it a little rough. The rinse and refresh will take the buildup off of it to make it softer again close to when it was new. Try it and let us know how it worked for you

If your dryer isn't drying the clothes within the first cycle, there are 2 issues that it can be. 1) too many clothes 2) vent/air flow problem. It's not a heating element problem at all it's usually one of the 2 and it can also be both of them.

Keep this in mind when installing vent line for your Dryer. We want everyone to be safe and get the most out of your dryer without a break down. Having the proper line and air flow will help prevent a break down
