This week's meeting will feature an 8 minute spotlight by our very own Mortgage Rep Jason Factor.

The title of his presentation is "It's Math, Not Numbers" and it is about ways a loan officer can help bring an ongoing thoughtful approach to the homebuying process and homeownership that goes well beyond the purchase price and mortgage rate. He will share a brief market update and rate outlook as well as a few strategies homebuyers can use to go beyond the numbers to best leverage their mortgage math.

Next week we are having a visitors’ day for our meeting, inviting businesses in the area who are interested in joining a networking group. We are lucky to have the Executive Director of Chapter Development for NGU, Gina Gillen. She will take our Spotlight for the meeting and discuss how NGU works, and how it can help you grow your business through referrals!
