We are excited to share new Phase 1/2 cUHDRS endpoint subcomponent data, as well as patient and clinician assessment data, for our SKY-0515 oral small-molecule RNA splicing modifier for Huntington's disease.

Each of the cUHDRS subcomponents shows notable improvement for participants taking SKY-0515, vs. the propensity-score weighted external controls. In addition, participants and their clinicians, for whom Huntington’s disease is expected to cause considerable disease worsening, see no worsening at twelve months — and 65% of participants and 50% of clinicians assessed that there had been improvement.

Our team was on the ground in Geneva presenting investigational data on SKY-0515 and connecting with the incredible community of clinicians, scientists, and researchers who make this work so meaningful.

Earlier this year, we had the opportunity to connect with our LATAM partners as we
prepared to bring the Falcon-HD clinical trial to Latin America

It was a meaningful time spent with patient advocates, partners, and colleagues—
building relationships and aligning on how we can better support patients and families
affected by Huntington’s disease.

As clinical trial sites continue to come online, we’re excited to keep advancing this
