🌱 Bud break is officially here, but not all vines wake up at the same time! These photos show the stark difference between our two estate sites: while our Yakima Valley AVA vines are well underway, our Naches Heights AVA fruit is just beginning to stir.

This is the beauty of terroir. Even though they are close in distance, the higher elevation and cooler air in Naches Heights create a unique microclimate that delays the growing cycle. This diversity is exactly what allows us to craft sparkling wines with such incredible complexity and balance.

As always, we manage both sites with sustainable and organic practices, ensuring that the unique "voice" of each vineyard shines through in every bottle. 🥂✨
