It’s September…and that means harvest hours!!!

We are open Friday to Monday 11-5p…
BUT
It’s always a good idea to check Google, our website and/or socials for last minute updates bc of harvest. We’re a very small team and sometimes we need to make last minute adjustments.

Remember that we are happy to do private appointments outside of our regular hours. Just email us: [email protected]. Private appointments are available year-round.

Best way to do that? Come sip Fortuity with us this weekend 🍷

With harvest and our SOLD OUT w**e pairing dinner Saturday 𝗣 𝗥 𝗢 𝗩 𝗜 𝗦 𝗜 𝗢 𝗡 𝗦, we are adjusting hours this weekend:
Friday 11-5
Saturday 11-3 (last pour at 3p given limited staff after 3)
Sunday 11-5
Monday - CLOSED for harvest

🗓️ 🍇 We will also start Harvest Hours on September 1st:
Friday to Monday 11-5p and all other days and times by appointment. As a reminder, always check Google, our website or IG for update to hours. We are a small team and sometimes need to adjust last minute.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out for a private tasting appointment or private pickup time. If we are around, we are happy to accommodate!

Every harvest starts with a question: Are we ready?

Today, Kenzie swished Lee’s Viognier pick to measure Brix (sugar) and pH (acidity)—two key numbers that help guide our harvest decisions and, ultimately, the style of w**e we make.

A little swish now can tell us a whole lot about what’s coming later. 🍷

New w**e is coming your way! Check your inbox for details on when it’s shipping or ready to pick up, as well as parties.

🍷 We have four new w**es we are releasing. See the comments for the descriptions.

🎉 And we have multiple parties where you can taste them and pick up: the Yakima Valley w**ery, Ellensburg and Seattle.

All the w**es, except the Cab Franc which was just bottled, have received 92+ points. The previous vintage of Cab Franc did win the Best of Class and 94 points at Great Northwest W**e Cascadia Competition 🙌

❤️🍷 W**e for a good cause. Community when it matters most.

The wildfires in the Spokane area have hit close to home and we want to do what we can to help families who have been directly affected.

For every bottle of w**e purchased, Fortuity Cellars will donate $2 directly to wildfire relief efforts. Julia, owner of The Tipsy Vine in Spokane Valley, is coordinating with local businesses and organizations to use these funds to get grocery and gift cards directly into the hands of families who need them most.

Julia, thank you for stepping up and leading the charge to support your community. This is what community looks like—neighbors helping neighbors, businesses coming together and all of us doing a little bit to make a difference. ❤️

So, if you’ve been looking for a reason to open a bottle of Fortuity… this is a pretty good one. 🍷
