Ok let me just say I LOVE my vision board. Like LOVE LOVE it. But as much as I am about manifesting and vision boards I am also about action.

You can stare at your board wish and hope all you want. But if you aren’t connecting to your vision and taking action steps towards your goals… I’m sorry ladies it’s not going to happen.

While I believe in energy, magnetism and abundant thoughts I also believe that there isn’t any magic that’s just going to make this happen.

Yes you have to be in the right frequency. Absolutely. And also should have a gratitude mindset. These are what opens you up to receive.

But the action steps behind the vision is what is going to bring you to the next level.

Write down your goal. Reverse engineer them. Figure out the action steps and start moving towards this goal daily!

There was a time in my life when I felt completely disconnected from myself. I felt lost. I felt unloved. I looked in the mirror and barely recognized the woman staring back at me.
