After 5 years of serving TCS as COO, please help me congratulate Charlie Waters on his promotion to CEO. Charlie helped TCS navigate through the Covid crisis, as he came onboard in the middle of the pandemic lockdown. He was instrumental and foundational in transitioning TCS from a hybrid IT support organization to a full managed services provider (MSP) with a focus on cybersecurity. Through his leadership, TCS has matured as an organization, and he has built a reliable and capable team of engineers to support our clients. Great job, Charlie! We look forward to many more great years to come!

We are so grateful that Helene weakened as quickly as it did. However, we do realize that there will be many issues to address over the coming hours and possibly days.

Please submit tickets for your issues via email, if possible, or by phone; and we will triage them as quickly as possible. If on-site visits are required to resolve issues, we will verify safe road conditions before leaving. As soon as it is safe, we will hit the road and get you all back online.
