I'm retiring and joining the family restaurant, so all my equipment's up for grabs as a package deal. Give me a call or shoot me an email for more info. I'd really prefer to sell everything together to get your business started. The price is firm, so no haggling, please. Serious buyers will come see it all in person, not ask for a million pictures.

Here's some of what's available:
2018 Kabota U35-4 12.24, and 30" buckets
2018 Bobcat T630 with multiple attachments.
2009 6.4 diesel 4x4 Ford F550 dump with V plow
2001 Ford 4x4 F350 dump with spreader (frame's good, but could use new doors and fenders)
2011 Ford F550 6.7 diesel 2x4 with V plow
Cat 924G with scale and 16' snow pusher
And there's more!
$150k

Planning a build or addition? Proper grading slopes water away from your foundation, not toward it. A 2% slope over the first 10 feet prevents pooling, basement leaks, and soil erosion that can compromise your structure over time.

A cubic yard of clay weighs nearly twice as much as a cubic yard of sand. That weight difference changes how we choose equipment, grade the land, and compact the soil—the same approach won't work for both. Like the comparison shown here, soil type determines the entire excavation strategy 🛠️

Proper soil compaction before pouring a foundation prevents cracks, uneven floors, and structural settling down the line. We use plate compactors and vibratory rollers to compress soil in lifts, creating a stable base that won't shift under the weight of your building. It's the step you won't see once construction's done, but it makes all the difference for long-term stability.

Before we dig a foundation, we make sure the soil is properly compacted. Loose or poorly prepared ground leads to settling over time—which means cracks, shifting, and costly repairs down the road. A little extra care at the start saves homeowners a lot of headaches later 🏗️

Proper site leveling before construction prevents drainage issues and saves thousands in future foundation repairs. We make sure every project starts with a solid, level base—it's the difference between a building that lasts and one that settles unevenly. Your foundation is only as good as the ground beneath it.

This egress window well does exactly what it should—provides a safe exit, meets code requirements, and protects the foundation. The metal cover fits tight, gravel drains cleanly, and the surrounding ground is smooth and settled. When safety and function come together like this, you can feel good about what's protecting your home.
