On Saturday afternoon, I hung out with a couple of besties for their senior sessions. We did their session at Greenfield Village and it was beautiful! Tamsyn and Izzy were so great to work with and they had me laughing the entire day. It was easy to see why these two were best friends. I love that we were able to do individual photos and best friends photos all at the same time. Friendships like theirs are rare, but oh so amazing! Thank you for asking me to capture these memories for you. I hope you ladies have the best senior year. Good luck in all you do in the future.

Senior season has begun!! My first session for class of 2027 started off at beautiful Stoney Creek with Jenna. She wanted a nature theme with flowers and fields, and Stoney was the perfect place for exactly that. We had the perfect evening to celebrate this sweet girl. Enjoy your senior year, Jenna! I LOVE DOING SENIOR PHOTOS!! I say it all the time. But when someone you grew up with and graduated from high school with asks you to do their child's senior photos..... What an amazing feeling. I have done graduation photos for a few of my classmates kids and it has been such an honor every single time!

For Addy's photos, we took a trip to downtown Detroit. We explored Hart Plaza, The Guardian Building, and a cute little alley close to Comerica Park. We had a beautiful day and I love all the great photos we took.

Happiest birthday to these two sweet girls! We always have so much fun together and catch the silliest and cutest moments. I am so honored that I have been able to watch them grow. Started with a 2nd birthday session three years ago, which has turned into many other sessions and I have loved every single one with them! And I can't wait for many more with some of my faves! 😀

I had an absolute blast with this group in studio a couple months ago. We had a hour of fun and laughs and captured so many fun memories. Was it a bit chaotic? Yes. Was it hot in the studio? Also yes. Would we do it again? HECK YES!! I highly recommend booking a just because session and invite whoever and see what happens, because I bet its going to be fun! Today I got to hang out in Detroit with one of my favorite seniors. I had such a great time with Regan during her session. It was so laid back and chill. Just like her. It’s so crazy to think that she will be graduating in a couple of weeks. Where has time gone? Thank you Regan for having me be part of this exciting time in your life! Please join me in wishing this beautiful soul, Reggie, a very happy 31st birthday!! This past weekend we did a session for him that we have been talking about doing for years! Reggie has been on a self love journey and I must say, he is doing amazing!! I am so proud of how far he has come and I can not wait to see all the amazing things he continues to do in the future! We started his session in prayer and ended with a huge hug, happy tears and lots of smiles.

Fall and music filled the air during Brody’s senior session in late October. It was a beautiful day at Innovation Hill in Rochester Hills, and I loved capturing him in his element with his guitar.

There’s something special about when seniors bring a piece of what they love into their photos. It adds so much personality and meaning. Getting to highlight what makes them *them* is what makes these moments so memorable.
