Ken did the best job I have ever seen in clearing out a property that I had listed for sale. In over 21 years in the real estate business, he is the most effecient and thorough person in making this happen. Ken was on top of everything and had a great and trustworthy crew to help him. It all ran like clockwork. You should have seen the before an after. With the amount of stuff in the house, I thought it was take weeks to clear out and get rid of the stuff. He did it in a matter of days and followed the proper laws and procedures on disposal.

Ken also handled the sale of the home with a power of attorney for another party. He was super effecient, ethical and looked out for the person he represented. Ken asked all the right questions and made sure the person he had power of attorney for was properly represented and that everything was done properly. He signed everything and handled everthing in a timely manner while also reviewing it properly. Ken made everything go smoothly.

I highly recommend Ken for all his services. He is the best at what he does.

Imagine you walk out of your hotel room and go to the elevator and there’s a guy waiting for it. He’s holding a Japanese 15th century katana.. you get on and go to the lobby and there’s at least a dozen other people walking around with antique Japanese swords.
Men of all ages, sitting in the open space… all sword dealers and sitting on the tables and chairs are more Japanese sword and fittings. I was in my element! While at the Japanese Shina. The Northern California Japanese sword Club held there sword show.. not held in 3 years … this show was huge! Hundreds of people with some of the rarest blades in the country.
Wow! The airport view was cool also!

This weekend I spent my time in San Francisco at a Japanese Shina where a team of Japanese Sword experts view your antique swords. The swords I brought I got direct from the Veterans of WWII or their families and one sword that was a clients. It was so cool watching this team… so focused.. looking at hundreds over the weekend.
My swords all were “papered” yeah! … it confirmed that my research ability was not waisted in identifying Japanese swords
