Assisting with all matters related to the day to day operations of the business, including miscellaneous projects as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manages fleets of vehicles coming in and out of the building by entering and tracking vin numbers in the FACS system.
• Work closely with freight companies on scheduling pick up or deliveries of vehicles.
• Communicate with the VP of sales about any draw backs on completion deadlines.
• Maintain and track paperwork for job orders.
**Other Duties may be assigned as they relate to an essential function of the position.

Education and/or Experience
Preferred - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be detail orientated and comfortable with data entry.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as purchase orders, operating and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
