• We are guaranteeing for functionality only. NOT cosmetic condition, color, size, completeness / parts, etc.
• Buyer must contact us within 48 hours of original load out day to make claim. (after 48 hours, no refund) • After claim is filed, Item needs to be returned to seller within 5 business days. • After 5 business days, guarantee is null and void, no refunds will be given. All items are labeled accordingly based on what we see when the item is received. When an item is listed as "Appears New", that means we have opened the box and looked at the item. It does not mean the item has been tested or that each individual piece of packaging has been carefully inspected. Open Box means that the item has clearly been opened at one point by a consumer. For "damaged" items, please review the pictures and description carefully so you're aware what level of damage has occurred. Please review these terms on the auction site prior to bidding. Items that have received bids cannot be cancelled or "offered to the next bidder".
