Congratulations to Diversified Mold & Castings (DMC) in Warrensville Heights, Ohio for taking delivery of a new Johnford bridge mill from Absolute Machine Tools!
DMC was originally founded as Plaster Process by Luke Beinke in 1939 with 7 employees and has been a family-owned company ever since. In 2007, the company partnered with John-Del and became Diversified Mold & Castings. The company is an industry leader in rotational mold tooling and known well for its exceptional services in such products as thermoforming tooling, foundry tooling, prototype castings, plaster and sand castings, mold repairs and fixturing. Diversified prides itself on their extended mold making abilities and customized aluminum and steel machining and fabricating processes.
The Johnford DMC-1600 bridge mill is the first of a two machine order and is equipped with 15K RPM 56 HP spindle, Marposs probe and tool setter, 1000 PSI coolant through spindle, AICC-II 400 blocks look ahead and data server.
