🚨‼️DO NOT DISPUTE INQUIRIES TIED TO OPEN PERSONAL ACCOUNTS‼️🚨

They're going to tell you that they're going to put A fraud alert on your report. Tell them, thanks, but it is not necessary. You will freeze it yourself.

🛑 STOP paying for old collections! It will NOT increase your score! 🗣🗣🗣

🚨🚨It's Credit Tip Tuesday 🚨🚨

❌ Did you know a paid collection is viewed just the same as a unpaid collection?

📉 Did you know that it’ll still show all the delinquent information that’s attached to that account (for example - all the late payments you ever made on that account, how many times you were late, etc.)?

🤍 The collection needs to be removed COMPLETELY from your credit report to boost your score.

📈 Did you know that the only way for you to pay it and get it off your file is to get them to agree (in writing) to a PFD (pay for delete)?

🤦🏾‍♀️If you simply just paid for it and didn’t get them to agree (in writing) to the PFD terms all you did was wasted your hard earned money! 🤦🏾‍♀️

So many people have great intentions when they pay off their old collections but don’t even realize that what they’ve ACTUALLY done by paying it is RESET the date of last activity on that account (which means that’ll it show on their credit report now for another 7 years from the date of payment). 😭😭😭 The only difference now is that it’ll show “account holder settled this account” in the comment section on your report. 😢

🗣🗣🗣 It’ll still be there showing as negative and still can get you denied for mortgages, loans, cars and credit cards.🙅🏽‍♀️

I say all this to say... DON’T PAY THEM FOLKS 🤣🤣🤣 (Unless they will delete it!!!)
