‼️‼️‼️ Weather Update for today! With the extra rain, the ground is really saturated, so be prepared and conscious while driving that we will probably experience trees down around the community. Everyone stay safe!

UPDATE: ROADWAY REOPEN

‼️‼️‼️ Please use caution in the area ‼️‼️‼️

This morning at approximately 2:40 am, we were called to the 2000 block of Arkadelphia Rd for a tree down. There are actually 3 trees down on power lines. We have the road shut down from the 4 way to Campbell's air field. Please avoid the area and find an alternate route and have patience with us. Crews have been out all morning, waiting on the power company to assist.

We'd like to thank Allen Armstrong for sending his guys from District 1 to also assist us.

We will update when it's reopen.

Congrats Rosa Fire and Rescue

Today Rosa Fire Department received notification from the National Volunteer Fire Council that we have been awarded the 2026 Emergency Drinking Water grant.

Our department has been awarded one (1) pallet of canned drinking water(2,352 cans). This grant is a combined partnership between the NVFC and Anheuser-Busch brewery.

Our little department is extremely blessed and grateful for this awarded grant. Our members work hard each and everyday to serve our community and those communities around us.

We had a great day getting out into the neighborhood to meet our amazing community members and helping make homes a little bit safer. 🏠❤️

Our team was busy installing brand new smoke detectors to ensure everyone has the protection they need. A huge thank you to everyone who welcomed us into their homes today!

Keeping our community safe is our top priority, and it all starts with prevention.
