RiX Carpet Cleaning

10/02/2026

Hi folks! 👋

It’s been a while since we’ve posted anything and to say we’ve been busy is an understatement! 😅

A huge thank you goes out to all the great clients and coworkers we have @ RiX Carpet Cleaning! 🙏

With that being said - from October 24th - November 7th and November 21st - 29th we will have extremely limited availability as our lead residential cleaning technician Jessica is at college and is only available during the day 2 days a week and I (Rick) will be taking some time off for hunting season. 🦌

We take great pride in accommodating and providing a quality service to all our clients but to stay operating during that time is something we’re not going to stress out over this year. 🤷

Commercial clients that have jobs already booked during those dates will still be taken care of as well as our janitorial clients! If you have an emergency situation we will do our best to accommodate and help! 💪🏻

When I started this business almost 4 years ago, it was never about the money - it was all about the freedom and time which I haven’t had much of this year and I’m looking forward to spending some time in the woods! 🏹

So if you’re looking to schedule a cleaning before Thanksgiving - please do not hesitate to make that appointment! If you find yourself wanting a cleaning during that time, we work with a few different cleaning companies from Rochester to Buffalo that we can recommend you to! 🤝

Thank you for understanding ♥️ 🇺🇸

Here’s a picture from a few weeks ago when we were “the hottest cleaners in town” - the steam from our cleaning wand set off the fire alarm at a church and we got to meet a couple good folks from the city of Batavia FD 😂🇺🇸

Did you know… 🤔

When it comes to restoration - we work with ALL insurance companies and also serve uninsured clients! ✨

NYS Law says YOU CAN CHOOSE which company does that work for you. You do not have to use the company your insurance recommends! 📝

Choose a company that supports LOCAL school programs, youth sports, veterans, the fire department and many more small community groups that are the backbone of America. 🇺🇸

We may not be a large nationwide company that gets the referrals from insurance companies but it is our promise to deliver a professional, detailed service to each and every one of our clients to restore your property to what it once was or better! 💪🏻

Just a reminder that we here at RiX have THE BEST cleaning equipment that anyone could possibly use in the world. That’s right - the world, right here in Warsaw, NY. 🌎

We have 2 truck mounted machines that have 10x+ more heat/suction than any portable equipment or souped up bissel/rug doctor.

Pair that with multiple IICRC Certifications and continued education in cleaning/restoration to produce the best results your floors or furniture are going to achieve. 🥇

And to top it off - we offer nothing but a professional, detailed service with 100’s of satisfied clients in 3.2 years of business. 👨‍💼

We don’t just clean, we care! 🧼 🇺🇸
