NOW HIRING: PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER
Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with your hands? Join our team at our growing sign shop!

We are looking for a Production Team Member to assist with the fabrication, assembly, and installation of a wide variety of custom signs and graphics.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Cut, w**d, and apply vinyl graphics.
• Assemble signs using a variety of materials and substrates.
• Prepare signs for installation and customer pickup.
• Package and ship completed orders.
• Deliver completed signs to customers.
• Assist with the installation of smaller sign projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring accurately.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous sign, graphics, construction, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Join our team in and around the Fort Wayne area!

We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our sign installation crew. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

PREFERRED, but not required, QUALIFICATIONS:
• Welding experience
• Forklift operation experience
• Basic construction knowledge and skills
• Knowledge of basic electrical wiring and troubleshooting
• Experience operating heavy machinery and equipment
• Previous sign installation experience

JOB DUTIES:
• Install a variety of commercial signs
• Perform basic electrical connections and troubleshooting related to sign installations
• Operate equipment and tools safely
• Assist with site preparation and construction tasks
• Work as part of a team to complete projects throughout the Fort Wayne area

👋 Trailblazers!

We're out on the Eli Lilly and Mud Lake trail segments today with Graycraft Signs of Warsaw removing existing trail signs as the first step in our new signage project.

Over the coming days, these signs will be replaced with brand-new trail signage designed to improve navigation, visibility, and the overall trail experience.

🚧 New Trail Signage Installation Begins Tomorrow! 🚧

We're excited to share that beginning tomorrow, the Syracuse-Wawasee Trails team will be out on the trails alongside our partners at Graycraft Signs of Warsaw installing brand-new trail signage throughout our Phase One existing trail sign system.

This project was made possible through the generous support of K21 Health Foundation, a steadfast supporter of Syracuse-Wawasee Trails and our mission to connect communities through safe, accessible, non-motorized transportation. We are incredibly grateful for their investment in enhancing the trail experience for residents and visitors alike.

If you see us out and about, give us a wave, a honk, or a cheer! 👋

Our goal is to be minimally disruptive to trail users while completing the installation process safely and efficiently.

✨ This Week’s Project Highlight ✨

We’re proud to showcase our recent project for East Noble School Corporation!

Our team supplied and installed non-illuminated aluminum clad flat panels measuring 10 feet high by 78 feet long on the building’s exterior wall, creating a clean, modern architectural finish.

Inside the facility, we installed 14-inch-tall metal lettering with standoffs, adding depth and visual impact to the space. The featured wall messages read:

This week’s Project Highlight is Brouwers Furniture and Flooring!

We provided and installed new Cooley Brite awnings to enhance the storefront’s visibility and curb appeal. The new awnings feature a clean, professional look while adding bold color and branding to the exterior.

Project Highlight: Bishop Dwenger High School

We were proud to provide and install a 10’ x 23’ LED Video Screen Scoreboard for Bishop Dwenger High School, creating a modern and dynamic focal point for game days at Shields Field.

The structure features an illuminated LED video display designed to deliver high-impact visuals, live scoring, and game information for fans and players alike.

The scoreboard is topped with custom arched lettering reading “Shields Field” and “Home of the Saints,” giving the structure a strong identity that reflects the pride and tradition of the Saints.

To help support the program, the structure also includes sponsor panels on the back side, providing valuable recognition for community partners who help make athletics possible.

This installation brings together technology, school spirit, and community support to enhance the game-day experience at Bishop Dwenger.

Project Highlight: Adams Memorial Hospital – Decatur, Indiana

We were proud to partner with Adams Memorial Hospital on a multi-phase signage project designed to refresh existing structures and install new signage across their campus.

🔹 Monument Sign Refresh
Four single-sided internally illuminated monument signs were updated with power-washed masonry bases, freshly painted posts and toppers, LED lighting retrofits, and new full-color face graphics. Each monument features a 4’ x 18’ center cabinet with two 4’ x 2’ side cabinets.

🔹 10’ x 24’ Double-Faced Pylon with Message Center
This large pylon sign includes a 5’ x 10’ Watchfire 8mm message center, a 7’ x 10’ ID cabinet above the display, and a 2’ x 10’ ID cabinet below. Cabinets are LED illuminated and mounted with a painted aluminum pole cover.

🔹 8’ x 16’ Double-Faced Pylon Sign
This pylon features a painted cabinet and topper with a hardened foam base designed to match the building stone, installed on a concrete formed base.

🔹 Face-Lit Channel Letters
Two sets of LED illuminated channel letters were installed on the building with black returns, stud mounting, day/night vinyl faces, and a full-color vinyl logo.

🔹 Non-Illuminated Building Signage
10” PVC letters with a 28” logo were stud mounted to the building to complete the project.

This project combined refreshed signage, new technology, and updated branding to enhance visibility across the Adams Memorial Hospital campus.
