From teardown to turnaround. 💪

Big industrial repairs don't happen overnight—they happen through planning, precision, and teamwork.

For this project, our crew:
🏗️ Rigged and safely removed the wet collector during the customer's shutdown.
⚙️ Brought it back to our shop where we fabricated and replaced four inner baffles and a new bottom cone.
🚛 Returned to reinstall the rebuilt unit, helping get our customer's operation back online with confidence. The project also included provisions for addressing any additional housing repairs discovered during installation.

No, we didn't build a time machine...🚀😄

Back in 2012, Wefab designed and fabricated this custom air-conditioned operator room for foundry ladle operators. Complete with insulation, safety glass windows, built-in seating, lighting, and A/C, it gave operators a cooler, more comfortable space while working around high-heat processes.

If you can dream it, there's a good chance Wefab can build it. 💪
