✨We are so proud to announce our exciting news! ✨ Baby Stella Francesca Rocha has signed an 18-year lease with unlimited renewal options at Abby and Dio’s house. 🦙Stella negotiated a fully built-out llama-themed nursery, unlimited hours of operation, and exclusive use of mom and dad’s brains. 👧🏻 Additionally, mom and dad take full resporesponsibility for HVAC maintenance, and Stella has rent abatement through year 10 when minor household chores will commence. Congratulations Abby, Dio, and Stella! 💗💗💗

DON'T DO IT - seriously.​​​​​​​​

Negotiation is uncomfortable, stressful, aggravating, annoying; the list of negatives goes on, but it's also TEMPORARY. Your lease is not. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
So, even as deal fatigue sets in, remember your priorities and see it all the way through.​​​​​​​​

You won't regret it.​​​​​​​​

▪️Your main goal is to ✨wow ✨the broker or landlord to convince them you'll be a great tenant at their project. You can do that at the same time as getting a vibe check on the space.​​​​​​​​

▪️ You shouldn't bring your family unless they're your business partners. If you wouldn't bring them to pitch Mr. Wonderful, don't bring them to look at space!
