SHERIDAN GATES, PRINCIPAL:
Since 1990 Sheridan has served as a coach and consultant in organizational learning and change management. Her experience includes leadership development, strategic planning, appreciative inquiry and team development. Coaching experience includes career management and renewal, leadership development and personal growth. Clients include individuals, non-profits, government agencies and Fortune 500 companies. Sheridan serves as coach and faculty for the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences. She graduated from DePauw University with a BA in Economics and Business, and received her MA, Education and Human Development from George Washington University. She graduated from Newfield Network coaching programs and received Somatic Coaching Certification from Strozzi Leadership Institute. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Core Individuation practitioner.
