Cool shot of me and beefcakes in Colorado with the Veil Veterans Adaptivr Program, before he later got spooked by a mule and tried to buck me off🤠. Havoc arm held on long enough for me to grab the reins better♠️🦾💜(before it bashed me in the nose😅) took every bit of strength I had not to get thrown off. Gracias a Dios.

Insane weekend in DC having the honor to speak in front of the likes of Tim Kennedy and GSP to introduce and honor the secretary of defense for his quiet commitment to Wounded Warriors and veterans. Pictured working to build homes for wounded veterans. He never forgot the warriors and if you’ve followed my story for a while you know that I’m still battling the VA for prosthetics which is insane, so I’m very aware that unfortunately many have. To the thousands of veterans still struggling for the basic care they earned I personally am with you and am hopeful things will change.

Spoke at a south side San Antonio middle school and this Veterans Day- week- about upper extremity prosthetics and the Havoc Arm, investing in the kids that’ll be building better futures for people with disabilities like myself. Know Texas will lead the world in these industries in the next decade. 🦾🩶♠️

As someone who’s felt abandoned by the VA the past few years, kinda hopeful. Veterans deserve better than to be ghosted by who taxpayers are giving billions. (Reminder this arm came from them refusing to do their jobs).

A small part of a huge event for and Lee GreenWood patriot Awards was getting to talk about other veterans who, many liked my line “don’t look like the f$&”ing winter soldier, having struggles back home without such visible wounds. DarkHorse had nearly 200 Purple Hearts and many that survived w/o paperwork showing their injuries back home still fighting the VA. I was also afforded the great honor to talk about the Havoc Arms story on the stage of the a prosthetic I’m super proud of not coming from the va but a patriot like George Schroeder(famous Texas metal engineer). That name came from me thinking it was the only arm worthy of my brother’s memory and still believe the toughest in the world. Made in Texas. An insane first introduction to Nashville and Tennessee, much reminded me of home, Texas. 💜🦾♠️ Thank you all so much for your support. Riding horse and saving people who’ve done too much cowboy s**t 🤠💟

💜Lavenders Lost For Purple Heart Day💟:
For many it was their final dance
for others more lucky another chance
Purple mettle priced per person a different cost
For some they lived, but all had too lost
The true value measured in agony for the lavender stain
The toll paid daily with us, for as long as they remain
A crimson emblazonment earned the stay
If last breath was held at bay
Hammer the bell
For those who fell

Applaud this move to hold him accountable to at least the extent we hold service members in equivalent positions. Being a Police Officer is a job as hard as the rigors of the infantry in 2024 on the body. Significantly more danger is involved in policing America than the majority of military members will ever face daily. We should be grateful people apply themselves to jobs like these, but still hold them to a standard. When we do this we can truly be grateful for those courageous enough to hold the shield among the mountains of cowards unwilling to do so.

I raise up my voice-not so I can shout but so that those without a voice can be heard...we cannot succeed when half of us are held back. -Malala Yousafzai is an organization founded by Tejana Veteran working harder on the ground than can be encompassed by one post. Honored to be a small part working(emcee) of the Women’s Veterans Day(June 12) Celebration Awarding local female Vets, including a trailblazer from before integration happened. Learned so much just listening to the testimonials of the Awardees, hope it grows enough next year for more to be able to take part. Malala was quoted by Judge Rosie so thought it fit to quote her here, also award some fellow Marines💜♠️🦾
