Together with MMC, I'm thrilled to partner with Arkansas Advocates for Children & Families (AACF) in their search for an Executive Director. This new leader will be based in Little Rock, and oversee strategy, operations, including (and especially) relationship building in Little Rock, NW Arkansas and communities across the state. The salary range is $140k - $155k plus benefits.

As we approach fall, and my consulting work ramps up and my daily gardening activities wind down, I’ve had the opportunity to reflect on the lessons I’ve learned from starting a (small) garden this year for the first time.
