I loved running my business by myself until I realized I was driving myself crazy 🤦🏾‍♀️⁣

Doing everything yourself a great way to get started and gives you experience running every aspect of a business. In my first few months of business, I did everything by myself. I felt like I didn't need advice from anyone and boy... was I wrong. ⁣
⁣
If you want to scale up, it’s time to face facts-- No matter how much we like to think it, we don't know everything. ⁣

This is the first step to realizing you need other people to help you take your business to the next level. Here are some ways you can use the help of others to elevate:⁣

👯‍♀️ Take classes and work with a coach so you can get knowledge and feedback from someone who has been in your shoes.⁣

👯‍♀️ Partner with other people in your industry so you can in front of a new audience!⁣

👯‍♀️ Hire a virtual assistant if you are spending too much time handling tasks that you don't like! Pass those tasks over to a VA. Even though you have to pay them, this will free up time for you to work on the production of your products. ⁣

Because, as the old saying goes, "Time is money!" The longer your projects go incomplete, the more money they are costing you.⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here's 3 steps to better Project Management:⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Create a calendar with deadlines for your small goals that lead to the launch date (and stick to them)⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Make sure you have considered every single part of the project so that your goal for launch is realistic⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
