We're on a mission to grow companies that tackle the world’s toughest social challenges. When the company's founder, Amanda Britt, was 3 years old, she could not pronouce "chimpanzee." To her, this animal was a 'panzanzee.' until the social pressures of Kindergarden corrected her. Her parents were educators and cultivated an inviting, safe environment to explore, discover, and create; the path to
discovering the the right answers and the person discovering them were more important than simply obtaining 'right' answers. In fact, lasting, sustainable answers come from a sound process. Like a human life, a business has its own 'panzanzee' stages. Whether just a concept or preparing to scale, a business is often in the stage of discovering what it's next major step will be. In our current marketplace, businesses strive under numerous pressures to receive funding, launch a product, scale and exit and match stakeholder expectations. Entrepreneurs wrestle these pressures in states of isolation, fear, and limited resources to meet these needs. Amanda wanted to foster the 'panzanzee' tone and environment for entrepreneurs and their start-up businesses seeking their 'chimpanzee' answers and named the company Panzanzee. Panzanzee helps entrepreneurs and their businesses examine their identity, set and achieve their goals in the marketplace, and manage challenges in the context of continuous community. Discovery. Relationship. Adventure. Traction. Stay tuned...this site is under construction...we'll explain our values for you shortly!
