🌈 Happy Pride Month from WERC!

Pride is a global celebration, but experiences for LGBTQ+ employees can vary widely across borders, making inclusive support essential.

Global mobility professionals play a key role in creating safe, equitable assignments by understanding regional differences, embedding inclusive policies, and leading with empathy.

Because mobility isn’t just about moving talent—it’s about helping people thrive wherever they are. 🌈
