👀TLC_TRNG Look back/ahead 👀

2025 was the first full year of full-time business for TLC_TRNG. It’s wild to think back to this time last year, when life was both scary and exciting. There were clients lined up… but nothing “signed” yet.

And then mid-January 2025 hit 🤯

The perfect training development project was finalized and launched with a client who has been amazing to work with. It has been extremely rewarding to watch how implementing custom training has already improved outcomes for their internal and external stakeholders.

A new collaborative business partnership was developed based on a large project that has given us all the opportunity to prove that consulting should be client-specific and NOT cookie-cutter. The outcome of this has been very well received by the client and beneficial for all the consultants involved.

Existing interests in visual design and technology development/implementation in my own work have been transformed into new skills and service offerings for clients.

Fast forward to today…
💪🏼Client and partner relationships grow stronger every day
📈Follow-on business really is the BEST business
🤝 New partnerships are developing to help add custom training material to the portfolio of more firms

On the horizon for 2026
* Two major client projects will continue
* New business is being finalized
* A major website update is coming
* The official launch of the TrainMe App with EM training by EM’s for EM’s, courses on custom content development, learning paths for new professionals, and other resources to fill potential gaps from future government cuts/shutdowns.
* At least one more book… maybe two?
