The recent Senior Team Meeting was an incredibly informative session. As the federal contracting landscape continues to evolve, our leadership team came together to brainstorm and reevaluate strategies, ensuring JLAN remains a trusted partner and thought leader in the space.

A key highlight of the session was a robust discussion of Tonya Alston’s book, "Stop Chasing, Start Shaping: The New Playbook for Federal Growth." The team explored the importance of shifting from a reactive posture to a proactive market-shaping strategy. By focusing on turning routine program reviews into strategic dialogues, JLAN is doubling down on identifying agency gaps and delivering high-value solutions before challenges arise.

A huge thank you to Dr. Theresa R. Proctor and the committee for such a fabulous event. The speakers, Donald R. Cravins Jr., Sharon Pinder, and Cynthia Bell, along with panelists Nic Cober, Ken Sandy, Viola Llewellyn, and Brunson Cooper, shared powerful insights on leadership and the importance of having the right people in your corner.
