As we reflect on the learnings from the year, we are excited to share the results, achievements, learnings, and recommendations to come out of a Portfolio of Evaluations of Labor Rights Projects funded by the U.S. Department of Labor’s (USDOL) Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB). ILAB continues to prioritize learning and evidence to inform decision-making, and these evaluations provide an opportunity for us all to learn.
This portfolio produced individual reports and summative infographics per evaluation. Additionally, a Thematic Analysis report was produced that identifies high-level promising practices and lessons learned across the four performance evaluations and synthesizes culturally responsible learnings around the following themes: worker empowerment, worker voice, and sustainability.
