Today I received a DM that said, “We need more women like you.” It moved me because I remember so clearly when I was the one searching for that woman.

There was a time when I was looking for a way to bridge the gap between my current reality and the dreams I carried, but the support I needed simply wasn’t there. I had to navigate researching, experimenting and developing the blueprint of my own second act alone. Everyone else is on a the NBC Studio tour. Little did I know that I was delightfully doing a walkthrough of my new life. 🗝️

There is a specific kind of "tickle" you get when you step onto a set like this at NBC. Although I was the "fake" guest host—testing the lights, feeling the weight of the desk, and looking into the lens of the camera, there was something that felt real about it.

To the people around me, this is just a fun photo op before they hit the gift shop. But to me, this is a dress rehearsal. See, most people spend their lives settling for a life that feels like a "rental"—a space they occupy but don't actually own.

I’m sitting in this chair today because I stopped asking for permission and started using my authority as a trained architect to engineer my own reality.

I’m following a Blueprint. I’ve already Dreamed it. I laid the foundation to Build it. And now I Live it. If you’ve been feeling that same internal pull that tells you your current life is too small for your spirit—it’s because you are ready to stop playing a role and start owning the building.

Let’s talk about the post-holiday disappointment no one wants to discuss. 🗝️

The holidays are over, and despite the chaos, the stress, and the effort to make it all work, you’re left with a heavy, hollow feeling.

You spent weeks fulfilling expectations. You showed up because you “should.” You managed the moods and the schedules. Yet, in the quiet of today, you’re realizing that none of that effort was for you.
