Leadership principles by NDBH

Working with incarcerated juveniles for over two decades I've learned a long time ago what leadership means. The purpose of leadership and its duties. Along with procedures that substantiates the functionality around proper protocol when you're called to lead a diverse group of individuals in an organization.

True leaders understand that you don't govern morality. The principles concerning the distinction between right and wrong or good and bad behavior. Morality and behavioral issues are never regulated by enforcing of the law.

It's never the leaders job to mandate morals. That is done solely by internal ex*****on. Instead comptent leadership trains and teaches their clients, colleagues, and constituents the consequences of not biding by the law. (Let that resonate)

A leader must know the difference between the letter of the law versus the spirit of the law. A man doesn't change nor is he capable of changing his behavior on the basis of identifiable sin. Until he removes the internal spiritual weights within his heart, he'll be plagued by the law and he will always be subjected to the bo***ge of sin. _ Lori M
