455,000 women. Gone from the workforce in eight months. Black women's employment rate fell 1.4 points in a single year, one of the steepest single-year declines in a quarter century.

Not because they wanted to leave. Because the math stopped working.

So many athletes have been speaking out on how their lack of privacy has attributed to their rifts mental health—this is just another example of that. Cannabis use is a LEGAL healing and coping practice that Ms. Richardson has been openly demonized and reprimanded for using. Instead of punishing our athletes, we need to help them cope with their mental distress.
