Hey there, Fringe PD here with a quick tip to help you Master Your Monday! One of the best things I did for productivity during the week is that I started planning my week WAY ahead. I usually start by meal planning on Saturday morning so I have plenty of time for grocery shopping. I know that sounds so far in advance but it allows for me to get things together without feeling the Sunday evening crush! What do you do to prep for the week?

I have had the most amazing time developing this weeks program on the gendered science of business. This cartoon just happened to coincide and I couldn’t help but chuckle at it. The bad news, statistically speaking women downplay their expertise and men do interrupt more. On the plus side, men don’t interrupt women more than other men - they just interrupt more across the board!
If you are a woman trying to advance your career, knowing how to navigate these gendered behaviors is critical to your success. If you are a man in the workforce, adding this information to your knowledge base will absolutely increase your situational awareness and help you lead and manage diverse teams! Well it hasn’t been a full year for but we still had a great to show for our efforts. Can’t believe the year is winding down already by excited to take a moment to reflect on the past and look forward to the future. Thanks to everyone who helped make this year so wonderful!
