Expected March/April 2026, the next update to the GSA MAS will introduce major changes contractors should prepare for now.

These changes are:
• New AI compliance requirements
• TDR expansion to all SINs
• Category updates across IT, Professional Services, Human Capital & more

Contractors can submit comments to Refresh #31 to GSA ([email protected]) March 20, 2026.

What contractors should do now:
✔ Review draft AI terms and potential compliance impacts
✔ Prepare internal systems for mandatory TDR reporting
✔ Evaluate how Refresh #31 may affect pricing strategy and future MAS offers

GSA has rescheduled Refresh 31 to March/April 2026 to finalize integration of major updates, including mandatory TDR expansion and new AI compliance requirements.
