Runningdog Architects is thrilled to be the featured project in the Build+Remodel section of the Winter 2023 issue of Home&Design.
We started with a home with failing foundations in the Washington DC neighborhood of Tenleytown. We tore everything down but three exterior brick walls and built it all back to create an amazing family home that respects the neighborhood and does everything our clients needed. It is modern and open in every sense of the word.
It is a lot of house built on a tight lot that keeps the family in the city where they wanted to be!
