It is modern and open in every sense of the word.
It is a lot of house built on a tight lot that keeps the family in the city where they wanted to be!

Thank you to our amazing clients.

Thank you to David Landsman and CAS for pulling this all together.

Thank you to Matt Daw and Michael Zajac at SGH for giving us the strong foundation.

Thank you to AllenBuilt for bringing the project to life.

Thank you to Jennifer Hughes who brought the light on a not so sunny day and still brought out the beauty of the design.

Runningdog Architects co-founder Eric Carle designed a new outdoor classroom space for the The Primary Day School in Bethesda to expand its classroom and learning spaces beyond the walls of the school. Named "Beako’s Learning Nest" after the school mascot, this pro-bono design job will further enhance the students' outdoor learning experience with small defined play areas, discussion areas and music areas. An enlarged greenhouse will support the STEM program as students learn about gardening and growing their own vegetables. If you would like to support this special project, please email Dillon Cox at [email protected].

Great progress on our incredible custom build in Bethesda. More progress shots to come.
