Warsaw has broad experience as a teacher, and as an administrator. She has served at every level in education from pre-k through the college level. Natasha is passionate about literacy and is committed to ensuring that equity in education becomes a reality for all children. Natasha collaborates with leaders and teachers at the district and school level on creating sustainable systems in schools, leadership and instructional coaching, strategic planning for schools, and building partnerships to ensure school success. Natasha thrives on being a part of a community of learners and in leading with a fresh eye and a creative approach. Taylor has served as a district coordinator for elementary schools, an instructional facilitator, a literacy coach, and an ESL specialist. She specializes in collaborating with administrators and instructional staff to incorporate best practices in literacy instruction into everyday practice and works with school-based teams to build a school culture that supports the needs of a linguistically and culturally diverse population. Nilaja believes in empowering educators through the observation, collaborative effort and reflective practice that are the pillars of a professional learning community. Her goal is to help teachers develop powerful instructional techniques that will increase their capacity to prepare students to meet the demands of global citizenship in the 21st century.
