2. Submit profiles with quick turnaround time, to meet sharp deadlines.
3. Complete understanding of tax terms, visa classifications, rules & policies relating to H-1B, OPT, EAD, H4-EAD, and similar work authorizations.
4. Proficient in pre-screening the candidates and rate/salary negotiations.
5. Should be experienced in working with direct client, vendor & layer models.
6. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.

Desired Candidate Profile
US IT Recruiters who are:
1) Self-motivated individuals interested to create an additional source of income
2) Looking for freelancing while working with reputed organizations
3) Interested in Working from Home during free time (Without any Target or Fixed Work Time)

Perks and Benefits
Dollar staffing (DS) charges only $2/hour as a service fee. This helps in identifying the most experienced/qualified resource and removing any hard bargaining. This further eases the selection process for freelancers and the client.

Example
If client pays $100/hr for an opportunity, DS offers $98/hr to the consultant ($100/hr - $2/hr = $98/hr)
We pay 40% of the mark-up on every successful placement. We are open to discussing recurring and one-time payment models.

Recurring payment Model:
On a recurring model, the freelance recruiter gets around 10,000 INR a month for the duration of the contract (in general, this would be for 12-18 months).

One-time Payment Model:
On a one-time payment model, freelance gets 40% of the payment received (usually around 100,000 INR) and payable in 3 business days on receipt of payment from the client.
