* Follow up with prospects and clients
* Schedule appointments, services, and reminders
* Coordinate with vendors and internal team
* Publish content across social media platforms
* Organize and respond to incoming inquiries
* Perform weekly purchasing based on provided lists
* Receive, organize, and manage invoices
* Record financial data in QuickBooks
* Support billing and administrative processes

Requirements
* Experience in administrative support or customer service
* Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (required)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
* Strong organization and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and stay focused
* 90% English level (written and spoken)
* Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional, and client-facing approach
* Ability to interact with high-profile clients with discretion, confidence, and elegance
