What are you feeling?
That’s your nervous system reacting to stress.

If you’re carrying unresolved stuff from your own childhood…
If you’re overstimulated, overwhelmed, and barely keeping it together…

Your body’s going to protect you the only way it knows how.
That might look like yelling.
Or shutting down.
Or saying things you swore you wouldn’t.

This is why I always say:
👉 Calm isn’t a mindset. It’s a nervous system state.

And the real work?
It’s not just about “better reactions.”
It’s about healing the parts of you that are reacting.

That’s what I help you do inside my free support group for moms.
It’s where we talk about parenting—but we also talk about you.
