You can't show up as anybody but you. Lately, I realize I have been shrinking myself. Trying to stay unnoticed and out of the way. But it is wearing on me. I am too big spiritually as well as physically to be small. To be in a corner.

I need to burst which means I will have to feel the pain of being pricked.

So this happened today. It was a morning. I started out not sleeping, already sick and doing too much and letting myself get riled up over something that in the long run doesn't matter. I carried that energy until I had to walk and said why does it feel like I am walking funny?

And now I am in downtown DC with a slipper and a sneaker on 😆

I am going to stop and really lean into my feelings.

Because if you don't stop, the universe will make you!

My space is a mess. My head hurts and it feels like I can't get out of the cycle of project managing everything and everyone around me.

I am sharing because it frequently feels like we are alone when we aren't. When we can and should find help in the way it supports us best.

I got my and prayed and looking for people to help me solve some of these problems 99% of are my own making
