If failure, big time, comes at the age of 21 then it’s a wake up, opportunity call.
It’s in your favor, even though at this moment, it looks and feels like a crash.
You are meant to be where you are right now.

The truth is, fame, exposure, expectation, and pressure all combine to shine too bright a spotlight on our emotional well being. It is almost impossible not to squint!

I deeply wish all young perfomers and competitors could coach through the sudden public spotlight BEFORE they entered it:
that they could have an inner road map-
with awareness, preparedness and tools to guide them and protect them -
in the same way
any athlete, or performer trains and practices, rehearses and tweeks BEFORE AND DURING their public appearances.
