The purpose of Three Sixteen Consulting LLC is to support individuals and organizations in delivering the best services and products, in the most effective and efficient manner possible, while engaging their stakeholders and positively impacting the communities in which they operate. We provide management, advocacy, and public engagement consulting services.
Our founder, Dr. Shawn Jegede, is an experienced professional with a twenty plus-year career of successfully launching and managing large scale programs and projects in the nonprofit, government, faith-based and business sectors. She possesses a proven ability to combine vision, attention to detail, and business acumen with well-developed leadership qualities. Dr. Jegede brings both a domestic and global perspective to her work, having worked on projects in the United States (Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Maryland, & DC), The Netherlands and Trinidad & Tobago.
