I'm thrilled to announce that A Squared is officially taking on a new name: SMOOTH OPERATOR! 🎉

Over the past seven years, we've gotten right into the thick of things with 115 different companies to turn their operational chaos into systems that work for them. Now feels like the perfect time for a meaningful rebrand and a logo I didn't create myself in Word (yes, Word).

A Squared was a name I picked back in 2017 based on my uncle's nickname for my husband Andy and me. It feels a little bittersweet to let it go.

✨ New tagline: "Operational magic for events"
✨ Same commitment: Building grown-up, profitable systems that match the strength of our clients' vision

Our refreshed brand does a better job of demonstrating what we've always done best - combining elite COO strategy with dedicated Operations Managers who implement that strategy in real life. Our clients can focus on creating extraordinary experiences while we take care of their operational engines.

It'll take a minute to update everything, but I didn't want to wait any longer to tell you all about it.

I've been hosting my Delegation for Reluctant Delegators workshop inside entrepreneurial communities. It's been great, so I want to host one out here in the open, too.

This workshop is Delegation 401 - you're not going to hear 'just hire a VA!' or 'make a list and delegate it - delegation matters!' A lot of the common advice is counterproductive for many entrepreneurs. We've refined a different approach that works like a charm.
