I just returned from our Middle East leadership program. Mela 12 MasterClass was held in Luxor, Egypt with 31 experienced and talented leaders from the MENA region. Our 10-day leadership program is truly transformational.

My honor this year - was to serve on the Faculty as a Speaker on the important topic of Emotional Intelligence. On the 1st day - you will see in the video - some of the exercises we conducted. The exercises/topic/assessment - were well received by the participants and facilitators.

I will be posting more from the program - and my visit(s) to Cairo/Luxor - the Pyramids and Temples/the Nile/the Hot Air Balloon ride, etc. I am so grateful to all those involved in our global network and the incredible work of the Mela team - enabling Mela 12 MasterClass to come to fruition...and a successful finale.

Loved all our participants and I wish them much success and joy as they return to their families/work - transformed from the inside out...and sharing their leadership growth within their sphere of influence.

In case you missed the first conversation about my story of why I created Pidcock Coaching Partners, I openheartedly share why I’m committed to passing on the skills I needed to acquire to make an impact in the world — as a professional woman in Washington throughout the last 40 years.

My hope is to inspire today’s leaders as they face tremendous challenges to develop leadership skills and resources to make their mark — in their community and in the world. As a former corporate energy lobbyist turned Executive Coach, I strongly believe that compassionate leaders - at all levels...make a difference in the overall success of their workforce.
